The public Waris vault
The Waris the game hands out are not kept on a server: they sit in a multisig vault on Solana, where every balance, every limit and every withdrawal can be read on-chain. This page explains how that vault is organised, what the game server is allowed to do with it — and what it cannot do —, and how to check everything yourself.
In short
- A Squads vault — a multisig safe on Solana, divided into four vaults: player reserve, prize pool, market, margin.
- Two weekly limits, written on-chain — the server can draw at most 3,000,000 Waris per week from the reserve, and as much from the prize pool. Beyond that, Solana rejects the transaction.
- A single destination — these draws can only go to the game’s distribution wallet, the one that pays players’ withdrawals.
- Everything is public — the balances, the limits, what is left of them this week and the latest draws are shown live on the Waris page, each with its Solscan link.
Why a public vault
In the game, your Waris are kept in a ledger: that is what lets you stake, win and spend them instantly, without paying a transaction fee on every match. But a ledger alone proves nothing: nothing would show that the Waris it displays really exist on-chain, or that the reserve is not being emptied.
The vault answers both questions. The Waris the game will give out sit in a vault anyone can read; the server can only take a limited amount out of it, to a single address; and what it takes out is published. The game’s ledger and the chain keep an eye on each other.
The four vaults
The vault uses Squads v4, a multisig safe program on Solana that has been publicly audited. A single Squads safe holds several numbered vaults, each with its own address and role:
| Vault | Address | Role |
|---|---|---|
| Squads safe (the whole) | GJ4t4X6noAQ23Fv5dzzuttx5nAxGxNMY2DWjWD1j6dTV | The safe’s rules: who votes, which limits |
| Player reserve | Gi6Du3DTokK6DnDZBuBZWykAGuzLAvhSesUr84n47oBD | The Waris the game gives: levels, quests, gifts, pass, events, staking, welcome Waris |
| Prize pool | 4ney8CgMVrNcFeq7Dbg3rUzarMCzeckv1XVxqKzZqjTN | Crystal contents, refunded items, the conversion of the old coins |
| Market | xXspFJHAvv95tWu8jE1jfKvFB43c66EALMcJPcZuvzE | Set aside for a future trading market, planned and not open yet; the server has no access to it |
| Margin | 7NJqpWgahUKPD8WLxvzRFcEp32s2hGETbkWA2hA5YFh | The unexpected; the server has no access to it |
Their starting balances, on 16 October 2026, and the creator’s share are detailed on the Waris, the game’s token page.
Who can do what
- The game’s creator — their wallet is the vault’s only voter. Any change — moving Waris out of a vault, changing or removing a limit — goes through a proposal they approve, and every operation is recorded on-chain.
- A preparation key — it can propose an operation, never vote on it or execute it. Nothing leaves without the creator’s vote.
- The game server — it has no vote. Its key is only a member of the two spending limits: it can draw within those limits, to the distribution, and nothing else.
So the creator keeps control of the vault: that is deliberate, to be able to react to the unexpected. What changes is that everything they do is visible.
The weekly limits
Squads lets a key spend a fixed amount per period, without a vote, to destinations chosen in advance. The Waris vault has two such limits:
| Limit | Vault | Amount per week | Allowed destination | Limit address |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Game | Player reserve | 3,000,000 Waris | The distribution, only | oX7rVFKWRyFfMDQ7mwLdoexwJAEMCB5JpQPfjxmxExv |
| Prize pool | Prize pool | 3,000,000 Waris | The distribution, only | DVMGnEKCkoQYiwPhLhLyxm2kKdJ4b1n5qnXcrZhz6z1v |
- Solana is the one that refuses — a draw beyond what is left in the limit, to another address or of another token is rejected by the Squads program itself, not by the game.
- Leftovers do not carry over — each limit goes back to its full amount once a week; what was not drawn one week is not added to the next. The date of the next reset is shown on the Waris page.
- The “game” limit covers everything the game gives — rewards (at most 2,000,000 Waris per week) and staking (at most 1,000,000), i.e. the 3,000,000 Waris the reserve can release each week (see the weekly caps).
How the server funds the distribution
The distribution wallet is the game address that pays players’ withdrawals and receives their deposits: HiqyhEB8xJvriQRVDFEncnzdDMf1QMoZLmxWHodp9vdE. When you win Waris, the game’s ledger credits them to you right away; on-chain, nothing moves until someone withdraws.
So the server keeps a single rule: the distribution must always hold enough to pay what players can withdraw. It compares the two continuously, and when Waris are missing, it draws from the vault only the difference, within the week’s limit, from the vault that paid for those rewards: the reserve for what the game gave, the prize pool for crystal contents and the rest. The Waris players spend stay in the distribution and reduce what needs to be drawn by as much.
Why it is safe
- Even if the server is hacked — its key can only draw within the two weekly limits, and only to the distribution. It cannot vote, change a limit, or touch the market or the margin.
- An abnormal need stops everything — if the ledger suddenly asks for far more than usual, draws pause on their own and the team is alerted: they only resume after a human check.
- The game and the chain check each other — a reconciliation constantly compares what the ledger owes players with what the distribution holds. At the slightest unexplained gap, withdrawals switch off automatically.
- Every draw is public — amount, source vault, date and transaction: the last ten are listed on the Waris page, and all of them are on-chain.
Check everything yourself
You do not have to take our word for it: everything written here can be read back on-chain, with no account or wallet.
- The Waris page, “Live” block — the Waris in existence, the distribution’s balance, the balance of each of the four vaults, the two limits with what is left of them this week and their next reset, and the latest draws. The numbers are read back from Solana and refreshed about every minute.
- The token on Solscan — open the Waris page on Solscan: the supply is one billion, and the “Mint Authority” and “Freeze Authority” fields are empty.
- The vaults on Solscan — paste a vault’s address into Solscan’s search: the tokens tab shows its Waris balance, the history shows every incoming and outgoing transfer.
- A draw — on the Waris page, a draw’s “view on Solscan” link opens its transaction: you see the source vault, the distribution as recipient, and the amount.
- The limits — a limit’s address, in Solscan, opens the Squads account that describes it: amount, period, authorised member and destination.

Frequently asked questions
Can the game server empty the reserve?
No. Its key has no vote: it can only draw within two limits of 3,000,000 Waris per week each, to the game’s distribution, and Solana rejects everything else.
Can the creator move the Waris in the vault?
Yes: their wallet is the vault’s only voter, and they can propose and then approve an operation. Each one is recorded on-chain and visible to all.
Where can I see the server’s draws?
The last ten are listed on the Waris page, with their amount, their source vault, their date and a link to the transaction on Solscan.
