Terms of Service

Solwaris is a turn-based tactics game, playable in the browser at solwaris.com and as a Discord Activity. By playing, you accept these terms. Last updated: September 28, 2026.

Your account

• A profile is created on your first visit, without sign-up. It is kept in this browser: without a linked wallet (or, in Discord, without a Discord account), it may be lost if you clear the site’s data.
• On the website, you can link a Solana wallet; in Discord, your profile is linked to your Discord account. This link is permanent: it is the key to your profile.
• You are responsible for access to your wallet and to your Discord account. We never hold your private keys.
• One account per person for stake fights and rewarded leaderboards.

Code of conduct

• Prohibited: cheating, exploiting a bug, automating the game, colluding with an opponent, using several accounts to gain an advantage.
• In the chat: no insults, harassment, illegal content or advertising.
• A breach may lead, depending on its severity, to a chat ban, the blocking of stake fights or the closure of the profile. An automated system detects accounts linked to one another and connections through a VPN or relay, which cannot play stake fights.

Stake fights and USDC purchases

On the website only, some features use real USDC on the Solana blockchain: stake duels and 2 vs 2 fights, the paid weekly boss and its prize pool, Legendary Crystals and some shop items. They are restricted to adults, and to people for whom they are legal where they reside: it is up to you to check this.

• You authorize the game to charge your wallet up to a cap you choose, and you can withdraw this authorization at any time. Nothing is charged without an action on your part (joining a stake queue, buying, opening a crystal).
• The winner of a stake fight receives the stakes, minus a fee shown before the fight. Forfeiting, leaving or reloading the page during a stake fight means losing your stake.
• Blockchain transactions are irreversible. A fight interrupted by an outage on our side is refunded; outside that case, a payment is not refunded.
• In-game items (skins, auras, weapons, crystals) have no value outside the game and cannot be exchanged for money with us.

The Discord version

The Discord Activity is the same game, without real money: no wallet, no stakes, no USDC purchases. Sign-in uses your Discord account (its ID and its name), under Discord’s terms, which also apply.

The service

• The game is provided as is. We do our best to keep it working, but it may be interrupted, modified or discontinued, and its rules and balance may change.
• The visuals and code of Solwaris are protected; their reuse is described in the image license.
• Your data: see the privacy policy.
