Privacy Policy

What Solwaris records when you play, why, and what you can request. No advertising, no resale, no third-party tracker. Last updated: September 30, 2026.

What we record

• Your profile: pseudonym, progress (level, coins, items, leagues), fight history and replays, game statistics.
• Your connection: a session token and a device identifier (kept in your browser, including a technical cookie), your IP address, and the country and network (provider) derived from it.
• Your Solana wallet, if you link one: its public address, and the transactions of your stakes and purchases. They are recorded on the blockchain, which is public by nature.
• Your Discord account, if you play in Discord: its ID and its name, and nothing else (“identify” scope).
• The chat: the messages sent, in order to display and moderate them.
• Anonymous usage metrics: which screens and buttons are used, as daily counters, never tied to your profile, including, once a day, whether or not an ad blocker is present.

Why

• To run the game: your profile, your fights, resuming a fight after a disconnection.
• To protect players and the money at stake: detecting cheating, multiple accounts and VPN connections, above all on stake fights.
• To settle stake fights, purchases and rewards, and keep a record of each operation.
• To improve the game, based on the anonymous metrics.

Who with

• Cloudflare hosts the game and its data.
• The Solana blockchain receives the USDC transactions: they are public and final there.
• Discord, if you play in Discord, under its own privacy policy.
• Google receives, once a day, a request with no cookie and no page address, used only to find out whether an ad blocker is active. No advertising is displayed.
• PlayToEarn serves the badge image shown in the footer and on the account sheet.
• Like any site contacted, Google and PlayToEarn receive your IP address from your browser.
• Other players see your pseudonym, your class, your league, your chat messages and your fights.

We neither sell nor rent your data, and we display no advertising.

How long

• A guest profile that was never used (no fight, no wallet, no Discord account) is deleted after 30 days without a visit.
• A used profile is kept for as long as the game exists, unless deletion is requested.
• The log of USDC operations is retained: it serves to prove each payment. Transactions on the blockchain, for their part, cannot be erased by anyone.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete the data of your profile, or object to a processing operation, by writing to us on Discord or X from the account concerned (or by proving that the linked wallet is yours). You can also refer the matter to the data protection authority of your country (in France, the CNIL).

In your browser

The game keeps in your browser your session token, your device identifier and your settings (language, quality, sound). These are technical items, necessary for the game: no advertising cookie and no third-party audience measurement.
